Do I need to be OZEV registered to receive leads?
Yes. Enquiries qualify under the current government grant scheme, so OZEV registration is a requirement for installers on the network.
Are commercial charge point installs included?
They can be. The mix of domestic and commercial is agreed when you join, so if your firm focuses on workplace charging that is what the enquiries will reflect.
What do I owe if a survey visit cannot proceed due to supply issues at the property?
Nothing. The fee is a share of completed installs. A visit that does not result in a fitted charger carries no charge.
