Can I restrict the makes or vehicle types I receive enquiries for?
Yes. If your workshop focuses on European makes or you do not take large vans, set that at sign-up and we filter accordingly. The enquiries you receive should fit the vehicles you want to work on.
What if a customer books and then cancels?
The fee is on completed work, not bookings taken. A cancellation before you carry out any labour is not charged. If the customer does not turn up and you have held a bay, that is covered in the terms agreed at sign-up.
Do you cover electric vehicles?
If your garage is equipped for EV servicing and you hold the relevant training, yes. Set that capability at sign-up and we include EV enquiries in your allocation.
