Rendering a house is a significant investment for a homeowner, with a full job on a semi-detached or detached property worth several thousand pounds. The decision usually follows years of deteriorating pebbledash or a move to a property with an exterior in poor condition, so by the time an enquiry arrives the homeowner has usually made up their mind to proceed. The issue is that most lead sources for this market are shared, and four roofers quoting the same house on the same day produce a race to the bottom.
ROI Leads matches one rendering firm to each area. We carry the advertising cost, qualify each job against a real property and a genuine scope, and take a share of the project once it is invoiced. A quiet week costs the firm nothing.
What a rendering enquiry needs to be worth paying on
A real property, a real surface and a client who is ready to have the work done rather than just researching options. Property size, current exterior material and the finish type the homeowner wants (silicone, monocouche, K-rend or traditional sand and cement) all affect the quote, so those details are captured before the enquiry is sent. The coverage area and system types the firm installs are agreed at sign-up.

Rendering leads, answered
Are the enquiries for full re-renders or do repair jobs come through too?
Both. Full render replacements and localised repair jobs are available. The scope is captured at enquiry stage so you know before you visit what you are pricing.
Do I need a specific system certification to receive leads?
For manufacturer-backed silicone and EWI systems, certification is typically required and that is confirmed when you join. For traditional sand and cement, no certification is needed beyond the usual trade competence.
What do I owe if a job is surveyed but the homeowner changes their mind?
Nothing. The fee applies only to completed and invoiced projects. A survey that does not result in a contract carries no charge.
